On Oct. 9, enjoy a networking mixer and mock interviews with hiring managers from some of the area's top companies in the battery and critical materials industry. This weeklong program directly addresses skills gaps identified by Nevada's top hiring companies, focusing on three key factors: Professional Communication and Credibility: Practice contributing effectively in meetings, giving and receiving constructive feedback, and understanding organizational norms that accelerate career growth and build credibility in your first 90 days.Emotional Intelligence (EQ) for the Workplace: Learn to recognize, manage, and use your emotional intelligence to adapt to early career pressures and navigate complex team dynamics in the workplace.Direct Industry Connection and Hiring Advantage: The bootcamp includes mock interviews with local hiring managers, providing direct feedback and worthwhile connections.
