Join us on Mondays 12-1 p.m. for a read along and activity for youth ages 5-8 years old. Healthy Me is a fun, interactive program that helps children build confidence, make healthy choices, and develop important social and emotional skills through the power of stories. Each session features a children's book, engaging discussions, and hands-on activities that encourage youth to practice positive behaviors they can use at home, in school, and with friends.
