Through textile, stitching and embodied art, you will explore identity, protection, boundaries and vulnerability. Each participant creates their own symbols and will embody them, transforming fabric into a wearable story that holds memory, strength and care. Participants will leave with your own handcrafted second skin and therapeutic tools to continue the process.
