Pali 101 is our annual educational and cultural event that gives students an introduction to Palestine through history, current events, and everyday life. We will start with an overview of Palestinian history and discuss current events to help students better understand what is happening today. We will also have a “Day in the Life” segment that highlights what daily life looks like for students in Palestine. Throughout the event, attendees will have the chance to learn, ask questions, and experience Palestinian culture while enjoying Palestinian food and mocktails. Our goal is to create a welcoming space where students can learn more about Palestine, have meaningful conversations, and connect with Palestinian culture beyond what they may typically see or hear. --- Event Details: https://lucommunity.luc.edu/rsvp?id=384148
