Beginning in Lobby 7 and moving toward the MET, a procession directed by Professor Azra Aksamija and co-developed with students, staff, and faculty across all disciplines of the MIT School of Aarchitecture and Planning (SA+P), reimagines MIT’s 1916 ceremonial barge as a collective act of movement and arrival. SA+P faculty, students, and staff will walk together to mark the school’s transition into its new home, and everyone is welcome to cheer on along the route.
