This fall, the Social Justice Series explores America at 250. Join us for an informative discussion with Attorney Gregory V. Sullivan about the First Amendment. About Attorney Sullivan: Attorney Gregory V. Sullivan is the President of the New England First Amendment Coalition and of Malloy & Sullivan, Lawyers Professional Corporation. He is admitted to practice law before the courts of New Hampshire and Massachusetts, as well as the Federal Courts in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, California and the Supreme Court of the United States. Attorney Sullivan has served as counsel to numerous media organizations including Union Leader Corporation, Seacoast Media Group, the Keene Sentinel, the Caledonian Record, the Boston Globe and WMUR-TV. He teaches First Amendment Media Law at Suffolk University Law School in Boston and at the Nackey S. Loeb School of Communications in Manchester. He has successfully argued numerous First Amendment cases before the New Hampshire Supreme Court and serves on that Court’s Committee on the Judiciary and the Media. He also successfully argued the landmark case of Union Leader Corporation v. United States Department of Homeland Security before the First Circuit Court of Appeals in Boston. He has presented First Amendment programs to diplomats and journalists from over fifty countries.
